Who runs LeadsMaps

LeadsMaps is operated by Sultan Kadyrkesh, a sole proprietor based in Kazakhstan (Astana, Abay Street 1). In these terms, “we”, “us” and “LeadsMaps” mean that operator; “you” means the person or organisation using the service. You can reach us at hello@leadsmaps.dev, or on WhatsApp or X.

What LeadsMaps does

LeadsMaps helps you find US local businesses that may need what you sell. It searches a licensed business-listings database, scores each business with the reasons it may be worth contacting, and — when you ask and confirm the cost — finds and verifies the business email addresses and phone numbers that each business publishes on its own website. LeadsMaps does not send messages for you.

Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 to use LeadsMaps. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your login secure, and for everything done through it — including actions triggered by an AI agent, such as ChatGPT or Claude, that you have connected.

Your outreach is your responsibility

You decide whether and how to contact any business, and you send every message yourself. You must comply with the laws that apply to your outreach, including the US CAN-SPAM Act (a working unsubscribe, your physical postal address, and honouring opt-outs promptly) and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (no automated calls or texts without prior written consent). If an AI agent drafts a message for you, you are responsible for reviewing it before you send it.

Acceptable use

You must not use LeadsMaps for:

• — spam, or email, calls or texts that break anti-spam or telemarketing laws;
• — harassment, fraud, or deceptive outreach;
• — building or reselling a contact database from LeadsMaps results;
• — finding or profiling private individuals;
• — automated or bulk access that bypasses the product, or that puts our data providers’ access at risk.

Accounts doing any of this are closed without a refund.

Subscriptions, billing and refunds

LeadsMaps has paid plans, each starting with a 7-day free trial, and one-time credit packs. Starting a trial requires a payment card; you are charged the plan's price when the trial ends unless you cancel before then, and each account gets one trial. During the trial the credit allowance is smaller than the plan's monthly allowance. Payments are handled by Polar, our merchant of record: Polar is the seller of record for your purchase and handles payment and any applicable taxes, and your card details never reach us. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel, which you can do at any time from the Polar customer portal. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable. Usage is counted in contact credits: one credit is one business for which we found and verified at least one email. Searching and scoring are included, a business we find no verified contact for costs nothing, and you see the maximum cost before every unlock. Monthly credits reset at the start of each month. We may change prices, with notice before your next renewal.

What we cannot promise

LeadsMaps is provided “as is” and “as available”. Business information comes from third-party sources and changes over time: a business may have closed, moved or changed its contacts since it was last updated, and a verified email can still stop working later. Scores are an aid to your judgement, not a promise that a business will buy. We do not warrant that results are complete, current or error-free, or that any outreach will succeed.

Changing or ending the service

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any feature, or the whole service, at any time — including where a data provider changes or revokes the access LeadsMaps relies on.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost goodwill, lost data, or missed opportunities. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100.

Indemnification

You agree to cover our losses, including reasonable legal costs, arising from any claim related to your outreach, your use of LeadsMaps, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or of any third party’s rights.

No affiliation

LeadsMaps is independent. It is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Google, OpenAI or Anthropic.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using LeadsMaps at any time. We may suspend or close your account for a breach of these terms, non-payment, or where your use exposes us or our providers to legal, security, or reputational risk — without a refund.

Removal requests

If you represent a business and want it excluded from LeadsMaps results, email us at hello@leadsmaps.dev, or message us on WhatsApp or X with the business name and address and we will exclude it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material, it takes effect about 30 days after we post it; other changes take effect when posted. Continuing to use LeadsMaps after a change means you accept it.

Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of Kazakhstan, and any dispute will be handled exclusively by the courts of Astana, Kazakhstan.
